How should I consume CBD?

Continuing your CBD Journey
It is important to be conscious of the effects that CBD is having on you. CBD is considered “biphasic” which refers to different effects based on dosage and individual endocannabinoid system. For example, it’s been reported that lower doses can cause alertness while higher doses can cause calmness/relaxation, however it differs from person to person.
