COVID-19 Self-Assessment Tool

Developed in partnership with

B.C. Ministry of Health in partnership with Thrive Health has created the COVID-19 Self-Assessment Tool for you.

This tool will determine whether you may need further assessment or testing for COVID-19. Updates will be made as Provincial guidelines evolve to ensure that you are assessed with the most up to date recommendations. The Ministry of Health will be receiving anonymous data insights to help inform and manage the public health response to COVID-19.
