CAMy husband has been using this tea for more than a year now & it really helps him to have a restful night. We ran out and could not find the product anywhere for over a month and the pain he has would wake him every hour or so. After he had been back taking it with in a day or two he can now sleep 5 hours at a time. Hopefully we will never run out again. It is simply a necessity for life. The bonus is it also tastes great. Thank You for giving me my husband back.
