Bought it for a friend who was taking 6 Tylenols a day for muscle pain/aches, no exaggeration. This really helped her. Within the first week she was down from 6 tablets to 2. Highly recommend.
This is the second product I have tried from Birch and Fog (I usually order the Calyx calm spray) and it is a good product and fairly effective but more difficult to use than the spray version. The bottle cap often gets stuck and is difficult to open and the dropper makes dosing a little bit trickier. It seemed to have a slower effect and the increased dose was unnoticeable to me when compared to the lower doses Calm spray. It worked but it was not amazing.
