All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday except for statutory holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
We use several different shipment providers based on the location we are shipping to and the reliability of providers in each region. If you have a specific preference in shipment provider, please inform our Experience Concierge team with your Order Number within an hour of placing your order.

Birch + Fog only ships to addresses within Canada, including P.O. Boxes. Customers are welcome to utilize shipping services such as Reship to receive packages outside of our supported regions.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Birch + Fog is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).
Birch + Fog is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim as the shipper may need this for the claim. We also recommend taking pictures of any shipping defects as it helps with your claim.
Birch + Fog only ships within supported regions in Canada. Customers are welcome to utilize international shipping services such as Reship to receive packages outside of our supported shipping regions.
