Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment destinations and P.O. boxes
Birch + Fog only ships to addresses within Canada, including P.O. Boxes.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Birch + Fog is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Birch + Fog is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the Canada.
Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
a) System malfunction: Birch + Fog is not responsible or liable for any loss resulting from causes outside its direct control, such as failure of electronic or mechanical equipment or communication lines, electronic viruses or malware, unauthorized access to our systems, theft, operator error, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes or other labour problems, wars, governmental restrictions, or for any loss of information caused by disruptions in or malfunctions of service.
b) Any failure to perform your instructions as a result of circumstances that could reasonably be considered beyond our control;
c) Any failure of communications that cannot reasonably be considered to be under our control and that may affect the accuracy or timeliness of messages you send to us;
d) Any loss or delay in the transmission of messages resulting from the use of an Internet service provider or caused by any browser or other software beyond our control;
e) Any errors on the website or with Service caused by incomplete or incorrect information that you or a third party has provided
