Directions/Suggested Use

Place ½ the bag in a warm bath and soak. Or add 1 teaspoon to a filled sink or container to soak hands or feet to reduce inflammation and relieve pain.  Stir before use to evenly mix the oils as the oils may settle at the bottom. Can be used on its own, or in addition to an epsom salt bath.
