I find this works just enough to calm me so I can fall asleep. I tried just a CBD tincture, but for me it seems the added THC at a low dose works better. The taste is ok, tolerable enough to use sublingually as instructed on the product page. I don't fall asleep instantly, but I also don't lie awake all night contemplating life, so I'm calling it a win!
