One of these gummies are 20 mg, so I cut one into quarters for 5 mg dosing that I take an hour before bedtime, just enough to help me stay asleep through the night and not groggy when I wake. CanadaI'm in love with these edibles! I always get the strawberry champagne flavour, and I'm not kidding when I say it actually TASTES like champagne! I find with a lot of edibles there's a weird after taste, but not this one! If you are just starting with edibles I 100% recommend these. The dosage isn't too high so it's great for beginners. I will continue to repurchase this awesome product ☺️
