CAI break this down into about 8 pieces as I have a fairly high tolerance. But for newbies, maybe cut it even smaller. The only thing is it’s a bit crumbly so best to keep it refrigerated so that it stays more solid when trying to cut. Other than the crumbles, it’s a great product and I add it to my cart in rotation with other items I love! Enjoy!
