Feel much more drowsy when taking these - easier to fall asleep, and easier to go back to sleep if I wake up in the middle of the night. The capsules are easy to take as well. Would recommend!
This has helped me fall asleep on nights when my mind is too anxious. And in general it gets me to sleep faster and keeps me asleep without any waking up in the middle of the night. I try not to take SleeBD on work nights cause it leaves me too groggy when I wake up. I will just use 5 - 10 mg of regular melatonin on those nights, but regular melatonin sometimes doesn't work if I'm too anxious or just have a lot on my mind. The SleeBD pill is also on the larger side and a bit hard to swallow. Make sure to let it sit in your mouth for a bit before swallowing to make it easier.
The quality and taste was good and I fell asleep soon after taking the only issue I have is that I am wide awake after about 4/5 hours of taking
Has changed my sleep forever! An absolute must have if you’ve always had trouble sleeping.
I had been using the Birch and Fog Sleep capsules, and was satisfied. I thought I would try these, as they are less expensive. They didn't work for me. I was awake all night [two nights in a row].
The best thing about these pills is that they really don't make me drowsy in the morning, and they absolutely don't make it harder to wake up or get up. They relax me in the evening (despite their bad taste) and then take about an hour or two to make me slowly fall asleep. I have always had trouble falling asleep and they don't make me sleep faster, but they do remove the stress of not falling asleep and they make me feel quite well. Perhaps there is a slight psychological effect at work here, but if so, I don't mind it... I don't sleep more, but I often feel more energized when I wake up.
