CAThis really helped me fall asleep and get back to sleep easily if something woke me up. No after effects and feel rested in the morning.
CAResults from the product have been ok, not great; I suffer from chronic insomnia and had hoped these capsules would do the trick, i.e. help me sleep. Long story short, the results have been inconsistent. My only other beef was it took far too long for the product to arrive (well over two weeks despite being shipped via courier) and I ended up having to drive 30 kms to pick up my package. This is more a criticism of Purolator, not B and F. The good folks at B and F were kind enough to let me know that there were hold-ups with shipping while Purolator was entirely unhelpful in this regard. Aside from that, I've always experienced excellent customer service from B and F and this time around was no exception.
